The programme officially begins on Monday 21st July 2025, but you can join at any time! All videos are yours to keep, so there’s no rush - move at your own pace.

You’ll receive a link to our Members Area when you sign up. That’s where all your content will be uploaded weekly - plus a vault of bonus throwback classes for whenever you fancy something extra.

No problem at all! Once videos are uploaded, they’re yours forever. Revisit, repeat, or save them for later - this is Pilates on your terms.

The pilates kit and online summer programme has a discounted promotional offer of £66 until stocks last. Standard retail price is £88.

Not at all! The kit enhances the experience, but every class can be adapted if you’re doing it equipment-free. We’ll give suggestions along the way so everyone can join in.

£66 - Summer online programme + Pilates Kit (Limited promotional offer. While stocks last)
£88 - Summer online programme + Pilates kit (Standard price)
£40 - Summer online programme only (NO Pilates kit)

On the order form, you can select which studio you can collect your kit from. Or during signing up, contact us and you can arrange collection from your local studio (Denton, Morpeth or Ryton). Unfortunately, we are currently unable to post and deliver at the moment. But this will change in the near future.

This could be a local issue that you can hopefully resolve with a few quick checks. Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:
Refresh the Page: Sometimes the simplest fix – try refreshing the page and clicking the video again.
Try a Different Browser: The members portal works best on Chrome or Safari. If you're using something else, try switching browsers.
Clear Your Browser Cache: Cached files can cause issues with loading content. Try clearing your cache and cookies.
Disable Browser Extensions: Ad blockers or privacy extensions can sometimes interfere with video playback. Try disabling them temporarily.
Check Your Internet Connection: A weak or unstable connection can cause videos not to load properly.
Try a Different Device: If you’re on a phone or tablet, try a laptop/desktop instead (or vice versa) to see if the issue persists.
Enable Cookies and Pop-Ups: Make sure your browser allows cookies and pop-ups from our site – some videos may not play otherwise.
Ensure JavaScript is Enabled: Video playback often relies on JavaScript. Double check it's enabled in your browser settings.
