- 10Joe’s Gym is inspired by Joseph Pilates, the creator of Pilates. It is a circuit based class with all apparatus that Joseph created (Chair, Ladder Barrel, Full Cadillac, Wall Tower, Spine Corrector, Reformer). It is our version of what we think Joe’s studio would have looked like in New York. It is available at our Denton studio only. Check LegitFit for availability, days and times. Joe’s Gym is included in all class packages and memberships.
- 11Yes, many of our classes are suitable, but some may not be appropriate depending on your pre/post natal stage and previous experience with Pilates or Yoga. Please speak to us first so we can advise which class is best for you. Please tell your instructor before class if you are pregnant or post-natal.

- 20We do not offer concessions, as our pricing is already kept low with accessible options for everyone.
- 21Cancel 24+ hours before the class for a full automated refund (credit returned). We cannot refund outside of the 24-hour window, as this is system-automated. It is your responsibility to cancel and reschedule as required.
- 22You must cancel the class you can no longer attend and then rebook another session. If you do not cancel and rebook correctly, you will lose the credit. This keeps the system fair for all clients due to waitlists.
- 23Yes, especially for unlimited and ultimate memberships. To prevent misuse and ensure fairness for others, all packages and memberships follow the same rules. • 2 no-shows = account freeze • 3 late cancellations = account freeze This helps prevent unlimited memberships being misused, which is costly for the business and unfair for clients on waitlists. Reactivation requires a discussion with management, to ensure there are no mitigating circumstances. There is no financial charge for late cancellations, but you will lose the class credit, and repeated misuse can trigger a freeze.
- 24Yes, available through LegitFit. You’ll be notified if a space becomes available. You will not be automatically added to this class, and spaces are on a first come, first served basis.
- 25No, all passes and memberships are for individual use only.
- 26Reformer Pilates is most effective at 2–3 classes per week, though 1 class per week still supports mobility, posture and strength. It depends on individual circumstances and ability. Speak to us if you are unsure.
- 27Yes, existing clients can use credits from previous packages as long as they are still within their expiry window
- 28Credits are returned automatically only if the cancellation is made 24+ hours before the class. If you cancelled within 24 hours, or didn’t cancel at all, the system will not return the credit. This automated rule keeps waitlists fair for all clients and avoids misuse of packages and memberships.
- 29Our new memberships and packages launch on 9th December 2025 at 9am on Legitfit.
- 30We recommend booking early. Unlike other studios, we release our classes for the entire year, not week-by-week, so pre-booking ensures your attendance at your favourite sessions.
