We are open for classes 7 days a week with beginners welcome in all classes except Level 2. If you are wondering which is the right class for your body just answer these simple questions or if you’re still unsure schedule a call with us via the chat.
 

Feel Better

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing an ongoing condition, or simply looking to deepen your understanding of Pilates, our Feel Better, Reformer, and Reformer X Mat classes are ideal for you.

 

These sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, and body awareness while helping you build confidence in the Pilates fundamentals. They’re also a great way to complement your other classes, perfect for refining technique, enhancing control, and restoring balance.

Move Better

Feeling a little stiff? A few more aches and pains when you get out of bed? Want to move with more ease and confidence?

 

Our Reformer, Reformer X Barre and Reformer X Mat classes are designed to help you just move better, improving strength, mobility, and posture while building confidence in how your body moves.

These are our signature classes, the foundation and heartbeat of our studio. They focus on the Pilates fundamentals while progressively challenging you as you grow in strength, skill, and control.

Beginner-friendly yet continually evolving, they’re suitable for all levels, with Level 2 classes available when you’re ready to take things further.

Get Fitter

Are you looking to get fit, or even fitter? No major aches or pains, just ready to move, build core strength, and get a great workout while you’re at it?

 

Our Fit Classes are designed for you. These higher-intensity sessions move at a faster pace, combining dynamic Pilates with added props, weights, and resistance for an energising, full-body workout. They’ll challenge your strength, stability, and stamina, all while staying beginner friendly and accessible for all levels.

 

The best classes for you are: Reformer, Reformer X Mat, Reformer X Barre, and FIT.

Level 2 classes are also available when you’re ready to take things up a notch.

Reformer X Barre

Reformer X Mat

This class is an ideal complement to your other Pilates sessions, helping you refine technique and enhance overall performance.

Our PilatEASE Passes are valid for all of our classes.

 

  • Taster Pass (New customers only) two classes in 30 days - £20 (£10 per class)

  • Single Pass - £16

  • Fit Four - 4 class pass £52

  • Core Boost - 10 class pass £120

  • Power Pack - 20 classes £230 

 

Our PilatEASE Passes are valid for 4 months from purchase and you can mix and match classes. A very flexible approach makes us different from most Pilates Studios, pay as you PilatEASE.

We also have membership options for those wanting to visit us a little more regularly. 

  • Unwind - 4 classes per month at 1 studio. £55

  • Uplift - 8 classes per month at 1 studio. £95

  • Upgrade - 10 classes per month at any of our studios. £145
