Reformer Pilates 

Join us for an invigorating journey into the fundamentals of Pilates with our signature class, Reformer Pilates.

 

Designed for all levels, including beginners, this class focuses on building a strong foundation while igniting your core strength and improving flexibility.

 

You'll engage muscles you never knew you had.

 

Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, Reformer Pilates offers something for everyone. Expect to leave feeling taller, stronger, and more centered.

EXTRA Reformer

REFORMER X YOGA / STRETCH

A calming blend of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and yoga-inspired stretching to help you unwind and release tension. This slower-paced session focuses on breathing, mobility, and mindful movement,  perfect for easing stiffness, reducing stress, and giving your body a restorative reset.

Ideal for all abilities and as a complement to any of our other classes.

Fit Reformer

A more intense, faster-paced class designed to build strength, stamina, and fitness using Pilates techniques. You’ll use props and small weights to add challenge, but it’s not about cranking up the springs or going to extremes. Expect to feel your muscles working, your heart rate lifting, and your energy soaring.

(Ideal for all abilities and as a complementary session for your other classes). Just speak to us if you’re not sure where to start!

 

REFORMER X BARRE

A fun, energising blend of ballet-inspired barre and Reformer Pilates. This class combines posture, grace and flow with the strength, control, and core focus of Pilates. Expect low-impact, high-energy movement that sculpts your legs, tones your glutes, and strengthens your whole body.

No dance experience required, just bring your energy! Suitable for all abilities.

 REFORMER X MAT

A creative mix of Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, giving you the best of both worlds. You’ll move between floorwork and the Reformer to build strength, improve posture, and enhance full-body balance. Expect a blend of stretch, flow, and challenge that leaves you feeling centred and strong.

Suitable for all abilities and a great complement to your other classes.

 

REFORMER X WEIGHTS

A powerful mix of traditional strength training and Reformer Pilates. You’ll alternate between lifting weights and performing controlled Reformer sequences to build strength, stability, and functional movement. This class offers full-body conditioning with a balance of lift, flow, and challenge.

Suitable for all abilities.

LEVEL 2 REFORMER

A stronger, more technically focused progression from our all-ability Reformer class. You’ll work through more complex movement patterns, deeper core activation, and sequences that challenge coordination and control. Expect smoother transitions, refined technique, and opportunities to truly advance your Pilates practice.

Ideal for confident Reformer users ready for the next step.

Joe's Gym

We are often asked, "Who's Joe?". Why it's Joseph Pilates of course!

Many of you may not be aware that Pilates is now named after the inventor - Joseph Pilates. Joseph Pilates invented so many pieces of apparatus on which to do Pilates and in here in Denton Burn we have :

  • Spine Corrector

All amazing pieces of kit that will really deepen your Pilates Journey. As the ONLY studio in Newcastle upon Tyne to offer this experience as a circuits class - why go anywhere else?

Our PilatEASE Passes are valid for all of our classes.

 

  • Taster Pass (New customers only) two classes in 30 days - £20 (£10 per class)

  • Single Pass - £15

  • Fit Four - 4 class pass £49 (£12.25 per class)

  • Core Boost - 10 class pass £110 (£11 per class)

  • Power Pack - 20 classes £209 (£10.45 per class)

 

Our PilatEASE Passes are valid for 4 months from purchase and you can mix and match classes. A very flexible approach makes us different from most Pilates Studios. No  tie-ins, no memberships; pay as you PilatEASE.
